What happens when I reach my ticket limit on the Free plan?

When you reach 100 tickets in a month on the Free plan, you won't be able to create new tickets until the next month or until you upgrade to Pro. Don't worry - we'll notify you when you're approaching your limit.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes! You can save up to 20% by choosing annual billing instead of monthly. The annual price is shown on each plan card.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoice billing with NET 30 terms.
